1. About these terms
These terms apply to purchases from Ourlet Atelier, Lda. in our stores and online. By placing an order you agree to them.
2. Prices & payment
Prices are in euros and include Portuguese VAT. Payment is taken when your order is confirmed.
3. Delivery
We ship to the EU and UK. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout; we will tell you promptly about any delay.
4. Returns
Unworn, unaltered pieces can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original payment method. Pieces hemmed or altered to your measurements cannot be returned.
5. Lifetime repairs
We repair Ourlet garments free of charge for as long as they exist. This covers wear and tear, not alterations to a different size or style.
6. Liability & law
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
